We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Director of Sales (“Director”) to manage their existing sales force and to personally develop the growth of existing and new customer accounts worldwide. The position will be based at theCompany’s headquarters in northern New Jersey – approximately twenty (20) miles west of NewYork City.
The Director will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company’s outside and inside sales force and work closely with senior management to meet sales goals, forecasts, and objectives. This position requires a strong working knowledge of the end-of-life product/service market for both commercial and military accounts with some technical sales experience preferred. All sales activity for the company will filter through the Director who will be fully responsible for identifying new customer opportunities, visiting accounts, building strategic partnerships, closing business on a monthly basis, expand existing sales channels and manage the sales team to meet objectives.
